HAPPY BIRTHDAY BOO

Four years ago today, my life was forever changed. After years and years of struggling with infertility and miscarriages, I vowed to never put myself through any of it again. I had two precious miracles, and that was enough. But God knew better. He knew exactly what we needed to complete our family. He knew I needed a major lesson in trusting Him, a lesson in overcoming fear, with blessings beyond measure to follow. He gave me my Boo.Photobucket

Our little sunshine who knows exactly what she wants....who dictates what her dream birthday cake should look like. "Pink with star sprinkles, with a big "E", made by mommy".

Our little ray of sunshine who brightens up our every day! This was at preschool as her friends were singing Happy Birthday to her yesterday.

Our little sweetheart with a BIG sweet tooth!

We celebrated her big day yesterday - and no birthday is complete to our little sunshine without a game of Duck-Duck-Goose. I love that she appreciates the "little things" and is happy with just having her family and friends surrounding her - she really doesn't ask for very much.
Photobucket
Our little pink princess who shows us every day to slow down and enjoy the little things in life because they pass by all too quickly.
Photobucket
Our little creative genius who can usually be found at her art desk creating things for those she loves.

I love this picture - when Mollie walked around the corner with the one thing she wanted the most this year. A white horse with a pink saddle for her dolls.
Photobucket
A special hug for Maddie who gave her the doll to ride on the horse.

How on earth do we already have FOUR candles??

We love you to the moon and back a million times!

I can't stand that I'm not there to share her day with her and give her lots of hugs. I can't wait to see her in a couple weeks. Aunt Jennie will have something for her then. Give her extra hugs and kisses from Aunt Jennie today.

i struggle with infertility as well... jamie is an ivf miracle and our last attempt ended in loosing 2 of our 9 remaining babies. God is so good to give and to take away. I too am learning to trust in Him more and more and to give myself over to His timing.
