IT'S OFFICIAL

Photobucket

Winter has arrived. It seems a bit early this year.

What kid can resist? It seems to be an instinct as soon as a kid steps out into the snow - to stick out their tongue!! :)

Even the dog tries to catch a few flakes with his tongue.

Can't you just hear the song?? "Snowflakes that stay on my nose and eyelashes..."

It's time to say goodbye to any kind of gardening until next spring.

Good-bye purple daisies.

But we get to welcome the holly.Photobucket

Beautiful pictures! And yes, winter has arrived. It was 11 degrees this morning.

Amazing photos. One question though: What is that white stuff that is falling from the sky that everyone seems to be eating?

Wasn't it GLORIOUS?! Breanna is going to be so disappointed when I wake her for dinner and it's too dark to go back outside.

I can't believe it's already snowing!! I have to admit that's it's beautiful to see and the first snowfall does provide a magical excitement; then it ends and I'm ready for the warm weather to return. Too bad we still have at least 4 more months of BRRR chill to endure!! Love the pix--stay warm!!

Just looking at these again and noticed your home in the blur of Emily's photo with her tongue out. Cool blur. :)
