It was fun!! Pam - the food was a lot of citrus fruits, hummus, dates, cous-cous and rice, matzo breads, etc. Very healthy - you should have seen the kids faces as they were selecting what to eat - I was laughing so hard I could hardly catch it on camera - I got a few classics of Hannah though. I have a GREAT hummus recipe I'll send to you.
