Happy New Year!!

Five days later, I finally get a chance to say Happy New Year everyone!! It's been crazy around here as usual. My sweet Hannah has had pneumonia since before Christmas, and just can't quite seem to kick it, which is rather concerning. Then a few days ago, she got the stomach flu on top of it!! Please keep Hannah in your prayers as she recovers. I haven't even had a chance to play with my camera, so this post will not include any pictures :( My goals for this new year include - getting better and better at photography, a never-ending quest!! Of course, being a better wife and mommy. MAKING my family eat healthier, again, the never-ending quest. Finally, always being sensitive to letting the Lord use me in every little situation.

I was so blessed to discover today that one of my childhood friends - PAM!! - that I haven't spoken with in years also shares my passion for photography. She is amazingly talented and so inspiring. It was such a blessing to read her blog and some of her childhood memories, that of course were the same memories that I have!! She still lives in our little neighborhood I grew up in!! Most importantly, she is an amazing christian woman whose love for her family shines through every word she writes!! Thanks Pam for being such a blessing to me!
