I think winter is just around the corner!! We already had our first frost last night. It seems to be a few weeks earlier than normal. The girls get so excited about the first frost - they are already planning what they will do in the snow. Maryland is known for it's crazy and unpredictable weather. Last week we had the air conditioner on, and this morning Dad turned on the heater!

We had our 2nd frost this morning! BRRR chilly willy!! The boys are anxious for winter to arrive too; well, more specifically snow, so that Trey and I will take them tubing. Have you ever been? We were going to go last winter, but never did...so, I anticipate we'll have tubing pictures to share before long! Have a GREAT day girl!! Miss y'all--we were thinking of you while we were picking apples.
Kirsten looks like a Minnesotan standing in the frost with her shorts on. You guys got frost before we did! Maybe we'll have a mild winter (fingers crossed).
Karen - We are in year three officially of the "middle school" never cold thing - is it the same in MN??? It's crazy. These kids wear their gym shorts or skorts all year long, forget tights, forget pants. It's bananas. Hopefully, when she goes to high school next year (YIKES!), they might all decide to have a little more sense and wear weather appropriate clothes (fingers crossed).
your oldest daughter is my kind of kid :) shorts and frost. if she lived in florida, the only difference would be she'd be standing there in flip-flops - lol.
I saw that frost, too! I took a photo of it from INSIDE. Guess you'll see all the fingerprints on the glass when I post it. [sigh]
Brrr Frost on the pumpkin already. I was freezing Sat. evening when we were sitting outside and it was 64 degrees. Not looking forward to winter. Today was perfect. Got up in the 70's. Love it.
I love this last pic of the girls - it is so cute
Frost . . . now what is that again???
Haha--we actually have had a few nice days here.
