First, cut coffee filters into egg shapes. This sounds simple - maybe it was just me. It's not easy to cut shapes that resemble eggs.
Next use washable markers to make designs on the eggs.
Then, spray the colored filters with a good amount of water, a fine mist works best - and watch the colors blend together!
....and then repeat. Because this is a very easy, instantly gratifying craft, and you can't make just one!

having a chocolate covered donut to munch on is optional.... but helpful....
having chocolate frosting on your face is optional too....
as well as being extremely cute!
and then display on the window!!

Would you believe that we don't have any regular old markers?! I *might* find some if I go hunting through the art closet. My kiddos would love this, though! :)
