Sonflower Sisters

This is Boo's first year to participate in Sonflower Sisters. Banana has been a part of this for years, and a new and younger group was recently started. Boo was beyond thrilled to finally be attending a group of her own, just like big sister.  Sonflower Sisters is "a place of fellowship and encouragement for Christian mothers who are raising their young daughters to know and love Christ."

Rcently, Boo and I had the pleasure of hosting our meeting at our house.  The theme was "God Made Me Special".

They listened to a story about how they were made so special and unique.

And they made sweet little mirrors that remind them how special they are.

They enjoyed making their own special little "self" out of a sugar cookie!

And they most certainly enjoyed eating them!

We are using the book "Just Mom and Me, Having Tea" this year for our curriculum. What girl doesn't just adore a tea party??

How neat that Boo finally gets to have a group. I love how all the little girls are all dressed up. Are you working with this group too? Looks like they all had a good time. Girls def like tea parties.
