RAIN SONG

Rain Song

Let the rain kiss you.

Let the rain beat upon your head with silver liquid drops

Let the rain sing you a lullaby

The rain makes still pools on the sidewalk

The rain makes running pools in the gutter.

The rain plays a little sleep song on our roof at night -

and I love the rain.

Love these pics! My blog is once again not showing when you update - just thought I'd check to see if you had posted anything and there it was. Anyway, I love the rain pics and looks like the girls had a blast in the warm summer rain. So far, our rain is accompanied by high tornadic winds and funnel clouds, so we haven't yet played in the rain :).

Tornadic winds??? OH MY!! Yes, please don't play in that.

I wish we had some of this liquid stuff that comes from the sky. You call it rain?? Not sure I know what it is. We had something like it a long time ago, but haven't seen anything that resembles it in awhile. Looks like fun. Would love to play in that liquid stuff.

We certainly haven't had very much of it lately, you can tell by the brown grass - and by the fact that they wanted to play in it. They were so excited that we finally had some rain - we all were!
